9. Third-Party Suppliers and Fulfilment
Some luvkern products may be stored, processed, dispatched or fulfilled on our behalf by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners.
Products within the same order may therefore occasionally arrive separately.
Where a third-party supplier or fulfilment partner is involved, your purchase remains a purchase from luvkern. Your contractual relationship as our customer remains with us.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact luvkern rather than the fulfilment provider unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.
10. 30-Day luvkern Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, luvkern offers a 30-day return policy on eligible products.
This means that you may request a return of an eligible product within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions and exclusions contained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Products should normally be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn and unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, with tags attached and original packaging where applicable.

11. Statutory Right to Cancel
Our 30-day returns policy is separate from and additional to your statutory rights.
UK consumers purchasing eligible products online generally have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
After notifying us of a statutory cancellation, you will generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your product:
1) arrives damaged;
2) is faulty or defective;
3) is not the product you ordered.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.
This may include certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.
This may apply, where appropriate, to certain intimate apparel, hygiene-sensitive products or pierced jewellery, Women's Essentials products (activewear, swimwear, and intimates) supplied in sealed packaging.
Personalised or customised products may also be excluded where an applicable legal exception applies.
These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Jewellery and fashion accessories should be handled and stored appropriately.
Exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, perspiration or unsuitable storage may affect certain materials and finishes over time.

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse is different from a product being faulty when supplied.
